The frozen potato production line, which is being built within the scope of the 3.4 billion TL investment incentive certificate for the frozen food production facility on a 186,998.00 square meter land allocated to our Company within the Niğde Bor Mixed and Leather Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (``BORKOSB``), has been completed and test production has been successfully carried out; mass production has started as of today.

  

Our new facility, which has an annual production capacity of 120,000 tons of frozen potatoes and 8,000 tons of potato flour, will process 700 tons of potatoes daily, producing 360 tons of finished products and 24 tons of potato flour from by-products coming out of the line.

06.01.2023 ve 13.01.2023 tarihli özel durum açıklamalarımız ile ilgili olarak SPK`nın (II-15.1) Özel Durumlar Tebliğinin 23/7 maddesi kapsamında yapılan açıklamamız aşağıda yer almaktadır.

  

Niğde Bor Karma ve Deri İhtisas Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (‘`BORKOSB``) içinde Şirketimize tahsis edilen 186.998,00 metrekare arsa üzerine; dondurulmuş gıda üretim tesisine yönelik 3,4 milyar TL yatırım teşvik belgesi kapsamında yapılmakta olan dondurulmuş patates üretim hattı tamamlanmış ve test üretimleri başarıyla gerçekleştirilmiş olup; seri üretime bugün itibarıyla başlanmıştır.  

  

Yıllık 120.000 ton dondurulmuş patates ve 8.000 ton patates unu üretim kapasitesine sahip yeni tesisimizde günlük 700 ton patates işlenerek 360 ton bitmiş ürün ve hattan çıkan yan ürünlerle 24 ton patates unu üretimi gerçekleşecektir.
